isthatIT? started as a basic IT support service. The idea was to provide IT support without the jargon: enabling the client to be able to follow what’s going on without reaching for a dictionary. We wanted it to be simple enough that you only had to call us once.
As the business has expanded into Web Design, we’ve tried to bring the same approach. We keep things simple, and make sure that you’re fully informed on what’s going on and how the site is progressing, with regular updates. For more information, see our portfolio.
We used to say:
IT support should be simple. We want it to be simple enough that you only have to call us once.
Now we’d have to say, simply:
IT should be simple.
